Watcher`s Nest is a remote outpost on a faraway planet that comes under constant attack in this futuristic anime series. Humankind has discovered how to travel through the universe at vast speeds after uncovering a wormhole in the year 2017. In 2246 Watcher`s Nest was constructed on a planet found by two of the first astronauts to take a leap through a wormhole, but its not long before a rogue group of alien invaders, known as Ghouls, attempts to quash the human presence. Fortunately the citizens of Earth can call on some scantily clad female defenders to go into battle against the Ghouls, and their conflict forms the basis for the 26 episodes of the show included on this collection.
