This double feature includes two tales of murder and betrayal from Mexico`s Golden Age of Cinema. The 1949 film EL HIJO DEL BANDIDO (THE SON OF THE BANDIT) follows a young outlaw who seeks to avenge his father`s death until he learns that his target is his true love`s father. In EL VENGADOR (THE AVENGER), released the same year, a mournful son grows leery of his mother`s new romance and suspects she had a hand in his father`s demise.
